We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days from when the order was placed. This excludes weekends, public and bank holidays. 

Deliveries to the UK

UK (Free standard delivery).
All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class.
Please expect your order to arrive within 2-4 working days once it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
An email will be sent to notify you when an order has been dispatched.

Deliveries outside the UK

International (£4.99 standard delivery).
All orders are sent via Royal Mail International standard service.
Unfortunately, we can not give you a estimated time of delivery as this can vary on the country destination.
An email will be sent to notify you when an order has been despatcehd.
Please note that some international deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. Unfortunately, Ruja London does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country. To find out more on charges, please contact your local customs office.


Ruja London are happy to accept returns of unwanted items (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons) within 14 days of purchase (UK) and 28 days (outside the UK), providing that the following conditions are met:

  • Please contact us within 7 days after they have been dispatched.
  • All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons we do not accept exchanges or refunds of earrings. 
  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Exchanges will only be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • We may ask you to provide photographic evidence of your item.
  • Unfortunately, we are not responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Customers are responsible for goods that are lost in transit when being returned.
  • Refunds will only be provided once items have been received.

Failure to meet our terms may result to an automatic denial of your request.
